Minimum Requirements to apply for Foster Care License in Idaho

If you do not meet any of the following items, you are not eligible for a foster care license in the state of Idaho

1. 1 You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. 2 You must be able to read and write.
3. 3 You must live in Idaho full time.
4. 4 You must be willing and able to complete all licensing requirements and training.
5. 5 You and all adults (anyone age 18 or older) who live in your home or reside on your property, must be able to complete and pass a background check.
